FEED is a mixed media collaborative art installation / performance curated by Lisa Lunskaya Gordon and composed of individual works on the theme of NETWORK. The pieces work together to create a metaphorical closed system -- a living body.

FEED EVENTS starting in Fall 2009:
VIDEO SCREENING:
In conjunction with the FEED Exhibition, we are planning a screening of Astrodime Transit Authority's video journal
INtransit: Volume 5, FEED which relates to the themes of the exhibition.

LECTURES & READINGS:
Lectures & Readings from artists, writers and scientists on FEED related topics.

WEARABLE ART SHOW:
Designers who have work related to the FEED topics will show their work at a live wearable art presentation.

PERFORMANCES:
Performance based FEED projects will be highlighted during at least one event during the run of the exhibition.

WORKSHOPS:
Opportunities for artists of all ages to collaborate to work on projects beginning October 2009.

PERFORMANCES:

Astrodime Transit Authority
A short video details the tin-can communication project, and introduces the viewer to the cutting edge technology of the iCAN.

Evan O' Television (and special guest): Denial
Evan and his television alter ego will break from the conventions of their long-running comedy act, to jointly interview a special guest, via a live satellite feed.

Lydia Eccles: Money Meditation: (a video)
Documentation: an organic system and an abstract/symbolic system are caused to feed into one another in a socially inappropriate manner.
